Action:
Make sure a common protocol is installed:
1) Right-click on 'Network Neighborhood'. (A pop-up menu appears.)
'Network Neighborhood'
2) Select 'Properties' from the pop-up menu. (The 'Network' dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Configuration' tab.
4) Make sure the same adapter is listed in the 'Installed Components' list as installed on the server.
NOTE 1: Contact the Network Administrator for the installed-server protocol.
NOTE 2: Available protocols are NetBEUI, IPX/SPX and TCP/IP.
